In our years of doing business with Realty Showcasing we have come to realize a few very important things; one, a unit furnished and equipped by Realty Showcasing is always in high demand; two, Realty Showcasing's eye to detail, their personalized touch and care and concern, assure an executive suite that surpasses the standard of the corporate housing market so much so that clients are now asking specifically for units that have been equipped by Realty Showcasing; three, the final product is produced within 7-10 business days allowing us to expedite the leasing process exceeding the expectations of both the owner of the unit and the end user. and four, our inside sales team experience far fewer objections for the risk of attempting to lease a badly decorated or "cookie cutter" suite has been eliminated. There is no question about it, our bottom line has increased. We always advise property investors that wish for us to executive lease their suites to call Realty Showcasing. "
