January 2009 — "We have purchased two vehicles from Heninger and have been pleasantly surprised with their superb customer service. The best thing about Heninger is that the service doesn't end once you drive your new car off the lot. When we purchased our Tacoma, we received free oil changes for life. Everytime we take the truck in, the service team is extremely helpful and friendly. Whenever I need something serviced, they do it promptly and well. In every way, Heninger goes above and beyond the required customer service and it really is appreciated. I really couldn't ask for a better dealership."

August 2007 — "I recently purchased a vehicle from Heninger Toyota. I am one of those people that hates shopping for a new car. All of those slick car salespeople and showrooms make me nervous. Although Heninger was still full of slick salespeople the vehicle purchase was relatively painless and I have been impressed with the level of customer service I have received. When the vehicle needed to go in for a minor fix it was no problem to arrange a loaner car for me to use. I have tried to arrange a loaner vehicle through two other dealerships before and have been flat out refused and offered a "rental car discount". They also sent a nice thank you card after the purchase with some chocolates and even a birthday card. Not big things but nice touches that you rarely see any more. "

"Good Customer Service!"

June 2006 — "We bought a Toyota Yaris Sedan from Heninger and at first, were not at all pleased with the customer service that we received. Our salesperson would not give us a straight answer about when our car was coming in, and in fact, totally screwed up the order. When our order finally came in, we were presented with a gray car when we had actually ordered a black car. At that point we had finally had enough with our salesperson and I wrote a letter to Toyota Canada, Mr. Heninger and the Manager. Our situation was dealt with so promptly, it was amazing. We had the car we wanted within 24 hours! They transferred our account to a new salesperson and we met with a manager right away. Since then they have been very attentive and have worked hard to get our confidence back in Heninger. Although our experience was horrible at first, it has turned out to be a good relationship. On the most part, the staff is very helpful there and we do not regret buying our car (which we love) from this dealership."
