January 2008 — "Visited Shaganappi Chevrolet body shop to get an estimate done on our vehicle. Accident happened in Manitoba and was not our fault. Body shop was all too happy to do the estimate and even set-up an appointment for us for two months down the road. The day we show up we are told that they will not touch the vehicle and that it requires a damage sticker from the police. Manitoba does not issue damage stickers and therefore we will not be able to get our vehicle repaired for at least another 2-3 months after all the legwork is done to get a report from Manitoba. Bottom line is that our experience with them is that they are all too willing to assume that we know all the facts instead of giving us all of the facts. Do not deal with this company! "
