August 2008 — "I used this company because there was a promotion through my travel agent. I found them to be very disorganized. When I dropped my car off at 7am, there was nobody there and when I finally found the employee he gave me no information on what to do to have my car taken care of, he seemed to be the only employee yet he left the keys in my unlocked car and proceeded to drive me to the airport. I asked if the promo code had gone through and he said it would be taken care of when I returned. I come back, called them, get taken to the lot and the driver tells me my car should be in the first lane (which it was not). I get inside and it looks like they are searching in 4 different bins for my car key. I spot my car and have to point it out to them as they didn't know where it was (isn't there a system for this??) an employee goes to get my car. They had not applied my promo code, nor did they know what the promo code was. Good thing I had my itinerary and parking confirmation. I would not use them again because I don't feel like my car is safe considering how disorganized they are. "
