April 2011 — "My dogs have been seeing the same vet for 11 years and I decided to try Trans Canada because my aunt said Dr. T was so wonderful. My first appointment impressed me so much, I transfered that day. He took time to evaluate my dog, ask questions and recommend a recheck. My previous vet told me it would cost from 300 to 800 dollars to diagnose my dog. Dr. T actually did his job and looked at my dog 3 times before ordering tests that weren't needed. He has experience, he has compassion, he makes time. In making time for each animal he gets behind and sometimes you have to wait beyond your appt time. I would rather wait for competent, compassionate care than see a vet who relies on a lab and your cash. "

"Best Service"
October 2010 — "My 5 year old bichon x had been lethargic, depressed and cried whenever anyone picked him up. After visits to 3 other Vets no one had determined the problem. Two of our friends recommended Dr. Torrance at Trans Canada. Dr. Torrance was the only one to take an x ray and determine that he had a disc in his back that was slightly fused after 2 weeks on meds our happy dog is back!!! Thanks again and please look beyond the looks of the clinic....believe me "beauty is only skin deep" and this Vet is worth it!"

"I wouldn't go anywhere else"
October 2010 — "This clinic is excellent. The vet is so considerate and obviously cares more about animals than money. His rates are far lower than any other clinic. (At this clinic, you'll pay for the care of your animal, not expensive decor!) He is very personable and straight forward with what your animal needs and how they are feeling. He makes sure you're comfortable with what he's doing and is very understanding. I can't say enough good things about this vet and his staff. There have even offered to keep my cat for the day after a morning walk-in to save me the inconvience of driving the cat back home before going to work. Wonderful."

August 2009 — "I have been taking my pets to the Trans Canada Vet Clinic for over 15 years. In recent years I have been bringing my two rescue dogs to the clinic for various ailments - cuts, giardia, hematomas, you name it. Every time I'm there Dr. Torrance is extremely to-the-point and quick with his solution. He has the knowledge and expertise to know what exactly is wrong with either of my dogs and they are always cured after a quick visit. Some people think Dr. Torrance is rough around the edges, but I appreciate that I can openly explain my dog's problem in a conversational matter and he actually listens and responds with a treatment - at a minimal cost. Compared to other clinics, his prices reflect his love of animals and his compassion for animal owners and their expenses. Other clinics seem to want to gouge their customers for every cent, Trans Canada seems to be quite the opposite! I definitely won't be taking my dogs anywhere else!"
