February 2010 — "We expected purchasing our vehicle this year would be a pain staking battle of "us" against "them". After two visits to to two different Calgary dealships close to our home our worst fears were confirmed. My wife was mortified at the whole ordeal and was done being part of the shopping experience. Through a friend at work, it was recommended I head out to Cochrane to look at what they could do. My friend's daughter had bought a car there 4 months ago and was over-the-moon about how easy and fun an experience it was. She had dealt directly with a female Sales Manager on staff that was very compassionate and had explained everything to her. Reluctantly, my wife agreed to try one last time to visit a dealership with me so we headed to Cochrane Dodge. WOW - what a difference! From the warm handshake of the hostess we first met to the final hug my wife shared with the Sales Manager as we took delivery, this was bar-none the most professional and enjoyable purchasing experience we have ever been through. I cannot recommend enough... this dealership or it's staff. We walked away with a vehicle we LOVE at a deal we were thrilled with and smiled every step of the way. I consider it a personal mission to let everyone know that there is an alternative to the "typical" car buying experience. It's Cochrane Dodge, it's amazing and it's worth the drive!!! "
