December 2010 — "Used this company for new windows. Had repeated frost on the windows with indications of air movement. They refused to look a the problem when occurring and blamed humidity. They had reports completed but none of these reports took humidity readings. Company closed their files in this matter and refused to address the repeated frost issues. Right from meeting the owner on the first day to dealing with sales person to installation crew, there were deficiencies. Would not ever recommend this company. "
