The Motion Picture Player Association (MPPA) is a non-profit organization, that exists to provide services to facilitate the growth of independent filmmaking by empowering the individual through information, guidance and resources. The MPPA is dedicated to attracting filmmakers, and enabling them to learn, develop and practice digital filmmaking. We embrace emerging technologies as they affect the capture, editing, distribution and delivery of entertainment content. We support and encourage the development of an indigenous film community.
